Purpose of the Course


4DayU’s Goal Orientation Motivation promotes the belief that people want to be successful in their

lives.  People have the resources within themselves necessary to achieve personal goals and

outcomes. This program cultivates the idea that wellness methods help individuals most effectively

use these resources, which will ultimately lead to the discovery of The Self.

The process of attaining self-awareness leads to improved decision-making needed to solve problems

that create a fulfilling and success path in life. 4DayU offers a compassionate wellness approach 

to self-care that includes recognized and accepted methodology.

The 4DayU’s goal is to help everyone that takes this course achieve Personal Power that produces 

behavioral changes. We will accomplish this through the use of Goal Orientation Motivation (GOM).

The psycho-wellness methods of GOM are the driving force to achieve the goals and objectives

of acknowledgement, acceptance and action and outcome of personal power.
